Terms and conditions for the repair
1. Agreement for repair
1.1 These Terms of Repair (“Agreement”) govern the service (“Service”) we provide to repair your smartphone, tablet, computer, and/or any accessories (“Device”) included on the service check-in form.
1.2 References to “us,” “we,” and “our” refer to We Buy any Mobile, whereas references to “you” and “your” refer to the person contacted on this form (“Customer”).
2. All repairs (unless otherwise stated)
2.1 This Agreement will begin when you sign the service check-in form and will end when we have fixed or otherwise returned your Device and collected any payment due from you, whichever comes first.
2.2 We will make good faith attempts to repair your Device, subject to the availability of any required parts and/or the conditions of any applicable guarantee or warranty. We will provide the Service with the utmost attention and expertise.
2.3 For device repairs, we offer both high-quality aftermarket and OEM (genuine) parts (where applicable).
2.5 When we schedule a gadget in for repair, we run a set of tests. If the device cannot be tested during this stage, We Buy Any Mobile will not be accountable for any issues discovered, hence we will need your Device’s password to test it before and after the Service. If you choose to keep this information private, we can still schedule an appointment, but we won’t be able to complete a full functional check on the Device until you return to the shop, which may cause the Service to be delayed if any adjustments are required.
2.6 Any time estimate for the completion of the service that may be supplied to you is simply an estimate and does not bind you to the terms of this Agreement. We will make every effort to return your Device as quickly as possible; but, any Board Level (Level 3) repairs (i.e. repairs to the Device’s logic board) may take at least 5 working days.)
2.7 If we are unable to perform the Service for any reason, or if the Service will incur additional expenses payable by you above those initially projected by us, we shall notify you through phone and/or email as soon as possible. If no issue is discovered on your Device or you refuse to accept our revised estimate, we will return it to you unrepaired, and we have the right to charge you a diagnostic fee in accordance with our regular costs.
2.8 It may be essential to disassemble the device in order to conduct a diagnostic or repair, which may result in further harm to the equipment. We Buy Any Mobile accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions.

2.9 Wherever practicable, the cost of repair shall be calculated using our standard charges as published from time to time.
2.10 Diagnostics are a non-refundable, billable service.
2.11 When the Device has been fixed and is ready for pickup from the service center, we will notify you. If the gadget is not picked up, it will be sent to our central warehouse to be stored. Any delivery made from our central warehouse will be subject to a fee. If the gadget is not retrieved by day 56, we will send a reminder and it will be recycled.
2.13 We reserve the right to hold your Device until all costs are paid in full. We have the right to impose an extra fee for storing your Device.
2.14 Your manufacturer’s warranty may be voided if you use our service. If you want to avoid this, please take your device to the manufacturer immediately. Please keep in mind that any unintentional damage is not covered by your manufacturer’s warranty.
2.15 After the repair, We Buy Any Mobile will apply warranty seals. The We Buy Any Mobile warranty will be void if the seals are tampered with.
2.16 Our products and repairs are covered by the warranty terms outlined in the table below:

2.16 The Warranty is associated with a specific device, as identified by its unique IMEI or serial number, as well as a certain Customer, as identified by our system’s records. It will cover the Customer for any recurrence of the original defect and only for the part replaced/repaired; however, if other faults occur, they will not be covered under the provisions of this Warranty. Furthermore, the Warranty does not cover accidental damage, nor does it extend if the device’s ownership changes.
2.17 Warranty seals will be affixed to all repairs performed by We Buy Any Mobile; anytime a device is returned for a warranty repair, the integrity of these seals will be checked; if these seals are discovered to be missing or tampered with, We Buy Any Mobile has the right to nullify any warranty associated to the item.
2.18 Any additional travel, mailing, or courier charges incurred are not covered by warranty repairs.
2.19 We cannot be held liable for any damage that has progressed after your device has been repaired elsewhere before coming to We Buy Any Mobile, or for any issues discovered in your device (i.e. ‘Touch Disease,’ shredded flex) that were not apparent upon initial inspection. We will contact you via phone/email if any issues arise once the Device has been opened.
2.20 We will not be held liable for any further damage to Devices that have been harmed by fluids. Opening the Device may cause more harm, which in certain situations may be severe and irreversible.
2.21 We advise our customers to keep an eye on their devices after they have been treated for liquid damage, as unexpected complications sometimes develop shortly after treatment for liquid damage that are beyond our control.
2.22 We will re-assess and re-quote for the service needed if your Device displays any additional difficulties related to the liquid damage throughout the Warranty term. Should you choose this option, we will also offer a complete refund of all cash paid by you for repairs performed on your Device, excluding the Diagnostic cost.
2.23 Any waterproofing or resistance after repair cannot be guaranteed.
2.24 When our customers pick up their equipment, we urge them to inspect it before acknowledging it as fixed. If you have any questions about the state of your Device when you pick it up, please ask a member of the store staff.
2.25 If components must be purchased for your repair, we ask for full payment before the parts are ordered, and this is a non-refundable service.
2.26 At any one time, only one promotional discount may be applied, and it is at the discretion of the management. At the point of sale, all eligible discounts and promos must be applied.
3.1 Our entire liability for any single cause of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (whether for breach of contract, tort, including negligence, statute, or otherwise) shall be limited, at our sole discretion, to the extent that the cause of action related to our provision of the Services.
(a) resupplying the Services; (a) resupplying the Services; (b) payment of the cost of having the Services resupplied; or (c) refunding any amount you have paid for the services in exchange for returning your device in the same condition as it was received.
3.2 If your Device is damaged beyond economical repair as a result of an We Buy Any Mobile service or repair, you are entitled to a fully functional refurbished device of similar value, based on its model and condition as received and with the original repair issue remedied. To acquire a replacement device, the repair service must be paid in full and the appropriate damaged equipment must be returned to We Buy Any Mobile. We Buy Any Mobile will keep your original device, and any replacement device may take up to 10 working days to arrive, while every attempt will be taken to get it to you sooner.
3.3 Any data or information kept on the Device is solely your responsibility, and we assume no responsibility for any loss or corruption of such data, regardless of the cause. We strongly advise you to back up your Device to an external drive prior to activating our Service. It is your obligation to maintain track of such information.
3.4 In the odd event that your Device is lost or stolen while in our custody, we shall contact you as soon as possible and make arrangements to replace it with a like-for-like device within a reasonable time. If it is not possible to replace the Device with the same model or variant due to circumstances beyond our control, we will supply an alternative or similar specification and condition.
3.5 Nothing in this clause 3 limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal damage caused by our carelessness; (b) breach of any statutory terms; (c) any claim under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or (d) fraudulent misrepresentation.
3.6 We will not be responsible to you for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any loss of business, revenue, profits, anticipated savings, goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential loss or damage of any sort. This includes, but is not limited to, any travel or transportation fees, as well as any accessory loss or damage.
3.7 We will not be liable for any claim arising under this Agreement unless you give us written notice of the claim within three months of becoming aware of the circumstances giving rise to the claim or, if earlier, three months from the time you should reasonably have become aware of the circumstances giving rise to the claim.
3.8 Please be aware that if you employ our “Central Workshop repair service,” we will be operating on the component level of your logic board and hence cannot guarantee a device fix. Because of the nature of the repair, there is always the risk that the damage will develop to the point where the device will be BER (beyond economical repair). We will refund any charges for this repair in these instances. On all Central Workshop repairs, we provide a one-month warranty.
4. Data Security
4.1 We need your name, address, and any other pertinent information so that we can notify you when your Device is fixed and provide you with prompt after-sales assistance. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, we may send you text messages and/or emails from time to time to alert you to new services and incentives. Our privacy notice has further information on how we handle your personal data.
5.1 We will not be liable to you if we are late in performing our responsibilities under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5.2 Any tolerance, delay, or indulgence granted by us in exercising or enforcing our rights under this Agreement or elsewhere will not be understood as a waiver of such rights under this Agreement or otherwise.
5.3 In relation to its subject matter, this Agreement contains the whole agreement and understanding between you and us.
5.4 Except in writing signed by or on behalf of you and us, this Agreement may not be changed, modified, varied, or augmented.
5.5 If any part of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, that part will be severed from the rest of the Agreement and will only be effective to the extent that it does not affect the validity of the remaining portions of the Agreement, which will remain valid and enforceable according to their terms.
5.6 This Agreement does not grant any third party any rights or benefits under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
5.7 This Agreement will be governed by English and Welsh law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
By signing our Service Consent, you declare that you have read this agreement, that you understand its meaning and objective, and that you are entering this agreement voluntarily and knowingly. You also agree to accept the condition of your device as notified to you and recorded in our database at the time of check-in. You also agree to inspect the equipment upon collection to ensure that it has been repaired to your satisfaction. Please notify a member of our staff if the repair was not completed to your satisfaction, and we will be pleased to assist you.
Terms and Conditions for Buy and Sell
1. Interpretation and Scope
These terms are applicable to the users of the website and any transactions done in the stores operated by We Buy Any Mobile or under its licence. The Domain name webuy.com, and all subdomains, (hereinafter referred to as “Website” ) is owned by We Buy Any Mobile.
Part I of the terms apply to both Online and Store orders, whereas Part II and Part III apply to Online and Stores respectively.
1. “Affiliates” means any website operator, retailer, kiosk operator, direct marketing company, telemarketer, or operator of other direct marketing campaigns that has entered into an agreement with We Buy Any Mobile which compensates the affiliate for transactions resulting from business directed to the We Buy Any Mobile by the affiliate.
2. “Buying” shall mean purchase of any product by a Customer from We Buy Any Mobile.
3. “We Buy Any Mobile” includes We Buy Any Mobile Limited and its Group companies and any of the stores run by its Franchisees.
4. “Cookies” means small text files which our website places on your device to store information about your shopping session and to identify your device.
5. “Customer” means a person or organisation that buys, sells or exchanges products with We Buy Any Mobile in store or online.
6. “Exchange” shall mean an act of giving one thing and receiving another in consideration to cash, kind or donation.
7. “Personal Information” means the details provided by you on registration or at the time you become a member and/or any subsequent information that you provide after or before the registration;
8. “Product/s” mean chattels real (movable property) bought, sold or exchanged between a Customer and We Buy Any Mobile, and also those products that are sent to We Buy Any Mobile for sale but for which transaction has not yet been completed
9. “Product Description” means that part of the website where the description of the particular product is provided.
10. “Selling” shall mean any product sold by a Customer to We Buy Any Mobile.
11. “Store” means a We Buy Any Mobile retail store.
12. “User” means a person who uses or accesses this website and/or is a Customer.
13. “Users” means the users of the website collectively.
14. “Website” means the website located at webuy.com and its subdomains and any subsequent URL which may replace it.
PART – I (General)
3. Product Warranty
3.1 24-Months Warranty: We Buy Any Mobile offers a 24 month warranty on all items with certain exceptions as detailed in clause 3.1.1.
3.1.1 Exceptions to the Warranty – This warranty does not cover the following-
a. Physical damage
b. Liquid damage
c. Any damage caused by rooting/ jailbreaking a device
d. Removable covers such as battery covers, port/interface covers and lens caps
e. Any items with single use codes e.g. software, game activation codes or subscription codes
f. Any items offered under We Buy Any Mobile Apparels
3.1.2 Removable consumable parts – Consumable parts that degenerate over time but are not fixed e.g. batteries, bulbs will be covered for 30 days from purchase.
3.1.3 Non removable consumable parts – sealed batteries will be covered for the full duration of the warranty.
3.2 We Buy Any Mobile bears no responsibility for your loss of data, please ensure that all data is removed from the device before booking in for warranty or returning the device.
3.3 If the product sold by We Buy Any Mobile is found to be faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days of sale We Buy Any Mobile will refund to the original value and via the same payment method.
3.6 All products sent to We Buy Any Mobile for refund or return under warranty are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Prior to We Buy Any Mobile receiving such products the risk of loss and title for such products remains with the Customer.
3.7 This warranty does not cover physical damage, damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, and improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, improper modification, firmware flashing, bios flashing or service by anyone other than We Buy Any Mobile or an agent approved by We Buy Any Mobile.
4. Returns policy
4.1 We Buy Any Mobile will only accept Products returned that are:
(a) Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for the Products.
(b) Returned Products to We Buy Any Mobile should contain all items included in the original Product.
4.2 All returned Products need to be tested and the fault verified before any refund, repair or replacement can be issued.
5. Unwanted product policy :
In our unique 48-hours returns policy, the Customer is entitled to return an Unwanted item within 48-hours of sale for a full refund to a We Buy Any Mobile voucher. Refund will be subject to testing and if the item is returned in the same condition as sold. In order to prevent abuse, We Buy Any Mobile reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges from a specific customer.
6. Description of Products: All Products are second hand unless specifically stated and all Product descriptions and images are for display purposes only and do not represent the finished Product.
6.1 Box contents may vary; additional downloadable content listed on the box may not be included.We Buy Any Mobile cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our policies.
6.2 Images – images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product design may vary from image.
6.3 Condition of products – the price will vary depending on the cosmetic condition of the Products and its accessories. We break this down into grades:
Grade A – Mint condition
Grade B – Good condition
Grade C – Working condition

6.4 Games consoles are graded as one of the following –
6.5 We Buy Any Mobile reserves the right to amend prices anytime without prior notice.
6.6 All Apple devices must have their iCloud account deactivated. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure the device is clear of any accounts, passwords or any other personal information before We Buy Any Mobile accepts responsibility.
7. Buying from We Buy Any Mobile
7.1 You hereby acknowledge your sole responsibility to ensure that you have the relevant compatible accessories, suitable power step-downs, equipment, software, display devices and relevant machinery or otherwise needed to safely connect the products to power supplies, mains power, batteries and other devices.
7.2 to maintain appropriate demand and supply and ensure ‘natural’ price fluctuations and stock availability for the benefit of all our customers, We Buy Any Mobile reserves the right to limit the number of units of any particular item, sold to any individual customer, at any time.
8. Selling to We Buy Any Mobile
8.1 We Buy Any Mobile reserves the right to refuse to purchase any Product at their sole discretion.
8.2 We Buy Any Mobile reserves the right to limit the number of purchases at their sole discretion.
8.3 Once you sell your Products to We Buy Any Mobile, the ownership will be transferred to We Buy Any Mobile. You also warrant that you are the rightful and legitimate owner of the product or have been authorised to sell the product and that the product is free from any encumbrances or third party claims. In case the Products are later found out to be stolen, encumbered and/or fake, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedy (both civil and criminal) against you.
8.4 Please note that prices quoted on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We Buy Any Mobile can pay for the items it bought in cash/bank transfer or vouchers, as per your choice. The price offered in cash varies from the price offered in vouchers or exchanges. Vouchers once issued, cannot be transferred and hold no cash value
8.5 Obligation to wipe data: It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that any device sold to We Buy Any Mobile is clear of any personal information. The Customer would use all reasonable measures to wipe/erase the data on the device or any additional storage device included in that device.
8.6 If a purchase exceeds the redeemers’ voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid by an additional voucher, cash or any other payment method being accepted by We Buy Any Mobile at that point in time.
8.7 All the vouchers issued by We Buy Any Mobile are transferable. However, selling and purchasing vouchers shall be done at your own risk. We Buy Any Mobile shall not be liable for fraud arising out of or in connection to this. The person who holds the voucher will be considered to be the rightful owner of the voucher.
9.1 You warrant that:
9.1.1 The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
9.1.2 You will update your account to reflect any changes to your personal information.
9.1.3 You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
9.2 If you wish to sell or exchange products you must become a We Buy Any Mobile member and in doing so, agree to be bound by the additional terms and conditions of membership (available on request from any We Buy Any Mobile store). For more information please refer to our membership requirements here.
9.3 If you sell your products in store and choose FPS (bank transfer) as the method of payment, we will create an online account for you so that we can process the payment.
9.4 You may only have one We Buy Any Mobile Online account and one We Buy Any Mobile Store account registered with We Buy Any Mobile. If you hold more than one Online or Store account with We Buy Any Mobile the most recently created account will be considered valid and all pre-existing accounts will be suspended.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the We Buy Any Mobile website or displayed in store, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of We Buy Any Mobile or its content suppliers and protected by UK and international copyright laws.
We Buy Any Mobile and other marks indicated on We Buy Any Mobile’s website site and/or store are registered trademarks of We Buy Any Mobile, or its subsidiaries, in the UK and other countries. We Buy Any Mobile and other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of We Buy Any Mobile or its subsidiaries.
11. Export Limitation
Certain Products sold by We Buy Any Mobile may have been purchased from outside the United Kingdom under certain agreements that restrict or forbid subsequent re-exportation from the United Kingdom. The Customer will not export any Product sold by We Buy Any Mobile without first obtaining all appropriate approval from the relevant authorities.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 While We Buy Any Mobile will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the website or displayed in the store, We Buy Any Mobile makes no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
12.2 We Buy Any Mobile will not be liable, in contract, tort for
Any economic losses
Any loss of goodwill or reputation
You agree to indemnify We Buy Any Mobile fully from any third party claims arising out of your negligence.

*Please note that We Buy Any Mobile runs franchise businesses as well. A franchise store is a different corporate entity but strictly adheres to the We Buy Any Mobile business model and act as per the obligations under the Franchise Agreement.
16. Applicable law and Dispute Resolution
While transacting with We Buy Any Mobile, you agree to be bound by the laws of England and Wales.

18. Age Restrictions
18.1 The Customer placing orders or making purchases, confirms that he/she is of the appropriate age to receive and view the specified certification of the title(s) of the Product he/she has ordered/purchased.
18.2 Any Customer ordering or purchasing a Product for or on behalf of a third person shall need to make sure that the intended recipient of the order is of the appropriate age to receive and view the specified certification of the title(s) he/she has ordered/purchased.
18.3 If you are under 13, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We Buy Any Mobile and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, cancel orders at their sole discretion or refuse to sell in the store if not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
19. Force Majeure
We Buy Any Mobile shall not be liable for any default due to any Act of God, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or another event beyond the reasonable control of We Buy Any Mobile.
PART – II (Online only)
20. Buying, Selling and Exchange of Products
20.1 Buying from We Buy Any Mobile
20.1.2 Contract cancellation: An order can be cancelled till the time it has been dispatched.
20.1.3 Unwanted Products: As per the distance selling regulations you have until 14 days to return the Product as unwanted. Outside the 14 days, We Buy Any Mobile reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange for Products that are not faulty.
20.1.4 Order Delivery – We Buy Any Mobile is only able to deliver orders to the UK billing address mentioned on your bank/credit card account or to the registered UK address of your PayPal account used for the transaction. We Buy Any Mobile is not liable for any missed delivery, due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by you.
20.2 Selling to We Buy Any Mobile
20.2.1 you should dispatch the Products that you are selling to We Buy Any Mobile promptly. Your Product must be received by We Buy Any Mobile at the designated location within ten  days of your order being placed. Quoted prices may vary or orders may be cancelled if Products are not received within this period.
20.2.2 All products sent to We Buy Any Mobile are made under a shipment contract. Before We Buy Any Mobile receives such products, the risk of loss and title for such products remains with the Customer.
20.2.3 You must ensure that all parts of your order are sent at the same time. Should We Buy Any Mobile receive only part of your order, We Buy Any Mobile will cancel the Products that have not been received, and process the Products that We Buy Any Mobile has received. We Buy Any Mobile will not take responsibility for incomplete orders.
20.2.4 We Buy Any Mobile issues payment based on details provided by the Customer and shall not be liable for payment made to the wrong account due to incorrect details.
20.2.5 The value We Buy Any Mobile offers for your Products may be reduced upon receipt depending on their condition or quantity.
21.1 Delivery is deemed to take place when We Buy Any Mobile hands over the Product to the Customer.
21.2 Late delivery of Products does not entitle the Customer to do any of the following:
(a) Reject the Products.
(b) Cancel the order.
(c) Withhold payment of any part of the Product contract price.
22. Failed products
22.1 Any Product that fails our testing procedures will be returned (if requested) by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
22.2 Once sent, a tracking number can be supplied on request.
22.3 We Buy Any Mobile will not take responsibility for lost or damaged Products among failed Products.

Part III (Stores Only)
27. Selling to We Buy Any Mobile
Title of the Products shall pass to We Buy Any Mobile following successful testing and a purchase price having been agreed between We Buy Any Mobile and you.
28. Testing of Products
28.1 While We Buy Any Mobile will make every effort to look after Products left by you for the test, they are left at your own risk.
28.2 Products that fail a test or are rejected by We Buy Any Mobile for purchase will be held for 14 days for collection. After 14 days We Buy Any Mobile may dispose of them at your expense.
